How long does production take?
Printing usually takes 2–5 business days before delivery. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
How should I wash my piece?
Machine wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the print.
How do I choose a size?
Our hoodies use an easy unisex fit. Compare a favorite hoodie with our garment measurements before ordering.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed and made right.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through Shopify and supports the payment methods shown at checkout. Softwear does not see your card details.
