How long does production take?
Printing usually takes 2–5 business days before delivery. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping is free with no minimum order; we do not offer express shipping. We ship to available US and international destinations. Taxes, import duties and destination availability are confirmed at checkout.
How do returns work?
Request an eligible return within 3 calendar days of delivery, then ship it within 3 calendar days of approval. There is no restocking fee. You pay actual return postage separately; after receipt and inspection, we refund the full item price without deducting postage. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How should I wash my piece?
Machine wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the print.
How do I choose a size?
Our hoodies use an easy unisex fit. Compare a favorite hoodie with our garment measurements before ordering.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed and made right.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through Shopify and supports the payment methods shown at checkout. Softwear does not see your card details.
