Terms of service
Softwear is operated by Softwear Studios LLC. These terms apply when you buy from Softwear. Please read them before you order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is taken. If we cannot make or ship an item, we will contact you and refund it.
Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown converted to your local currency. Standard shipping is free; taxes and any import duties may apply. The amount you pay is confirmed at checkout, which is handled by Shopify.
Made to order
Items are printed after you order. Production adds a short making time before shipping, shown at checkout.
Returns
Request an eligible return within 3 calendar days of delivery and ship it within 3 calendar days of approval. There is no restocking fee. Customers pay actual return postage separately, except for faulty or incorrect items; it is not deducted from the merchandise refund. Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we refund its full item price. See our returns policy for conditions, exclusions and instructions; it forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Artwork and trademarks
All Softwear prints, logos and site content belong to Softwear and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
